Work by Faith Development Association (WoFDA) is a compassionate, non-governmental, and non-political advocacy organisation deeply dedicated to reversing the unacceptable treatment of vulnerable children and adults in Sierra Leone, West Africa. We serve as a vital bridge between vulnerability and self-sufficiency. focuses on the two most influential yet often marginalized demographic, women and youths. WoFDA-SL acts as a stabiliser for communities.
Empowered by a team of dedicated professionals with extensive experience from national and international humanitarian organisations, we stand at the forefront of change.
Our mission is rooted in the belief that every individual deserves dignity and respect. With the Core value of Peace and conflict resolution through a strategy known as Proactive Prevention. Our Skills training initiatives directly stand in peace.
