Work by Faith Development Association (WoFDA) is a compassionate, non-governmental, and non-political advocacy organisation deeply dedicated to reversing the unacceptable treatment of vulnerable children and adults in Sierra Leone, West Africa.

Empowered by a team of dedicated professionals with extensive experience from national and international humanitarian organisations, we stand at the forefront of change.

Women & Youths in Agriculture

We are proud to launch our initiative, WaYiF (Train Women and Youths in Farming). Through WaYiF, we aim to uplift and empower women and youths by providing comprehensive training in modern farming techniques.

Community Health & Development

Empowering communities through diverse programs, Work by Faith Development Association (WoFDA) is dedicated to fostering resilience, health, and supporting the livelihood of our communities.

Education & Training

WoFDA provides complimentary educational support, including technical and vocational skills training, to vulnerable children, youths, and adults, particularly in deprived communities.
